End User Licence Agreement

This agreement is between you and the developer of EXODYNE ("the Game"). By installing, downloading or playing the Game you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install or play it.

1. Licence granted

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.

This licence is granted, not sold. Ownership of the Game stays with the developer.

2. What you may do

Install and play the Game on as many of your own devices as you like.
Create screenshots, recordings, streams and videos of your own play, including on monetised channels. No separate permission is needed.
Make a personal backup copy of anything you have downloaded.

3. What you may not do

Sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Game, or any part of it, as your own product.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or attribution notice.
Represent the Game, or a modified version of it, as being produced or endorsed by anyone other than its developer.
Use the Game to distribute malware, or to break the law in the place you are playing.

Reverse engineering, decompilation and modification are permitted only to the extent that applicable law grants you that right regardless of this agreement — for instance for interoperability, or where such a restriction is unenforceable where you live.

4. Ownership

The Game, including its source code, artwork, models, sound, music, text, faction designs, names and marks, is the property of its developer and is protected by copyright. Everything in it is original work. No third-party game's assets, names, factions or designs are used.

5. Your data

The Game collects no personal data. What it stores, and where, is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

6. No warranty

The Game is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or driver.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Game. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Game, which may be nothing.

Nothing in this agreement limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects statutory consumer rights you have where you live. Those rights apply regardless of anything written here.

8. Distribution platforms

If you obtained the Game through a store or platform, that platform's own terms also apply to your purchase, download and refunds. Where their terms and these conflict on a matter they govern, theirs prevail.

9. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you materially breach it. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the Game and deleting your copies.

10. Changes

These terms may change for future versions of the Game. The version of the terms you accepted continues to apply to the version of the Game you already have. Any change is dated at the top of this page.

11. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the law of the country in which the developer is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country in which you habitually reside.
