Help
Response times are best effort — this is a small project.

A bug report that answers these four questions is usually enough to find the cause without a second exchange:
For anything graphical — a black screen, flickering, missing terrain — the game can describe its
own renderer. Open it in a browser with ?diag=1 on the end of the address:
exodyne-rts-3b915e.netlify.app/?diag=1
A small DIAG badge appears in the corner. Start a match, then tap the badge and use its Copy button. Pasting that text into an email identifies the graphics driver, the renderer's own state, and any error the browser reported. It contains no personal information.
| Symptom | Try |
|---|---|
| Black or flickering scene | Menu → Settings → Graphics quality → Low. The game also detects this by itself and steps down automatically. |
| Very low frame rate | Graphics quality → Low, and close other browser tabs. |
| Old version after an update | The game caches itself to work offline. Close it fully and reopen; in a browser, reload with cache clearing. |
| Portrait screen asks you to rotate | The game needs landscape. Installing it to the home screen locks the orientation for you. |
| Lost settings or saves | Clearing browser site data erases them. They live only on your device — there is no cloud copy to restore. |
If you obtained the Game through a store, refunds are handled by that store under its own policy. Write to us anyway if something is wrong — a bug we can fix is better than a refund.
