EXODYNE does not collect personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party services embedded in the game. Nothing you do in the game is transmitted anywhere.
The game keeps a small amount of data so it can remember your preferences between sessions. All of it stays on your own device and is never sent to us or to anyone else.
| What | Where it lives |
|---|---|

| Saved games | Same as above |
| Window size and fullscreen state | Windows desktop version only |
| Whether you dismissed the install prompt | Browser local storage |
Clearing your browser's site data, or uninstalling the desktop version and deleting its data folder, removes all of it. We have no copy, because none was ever made.
This site is hosted on Netlify. Like any web server, Netlify processes the ordinary technical information a browser sends in order to deliver a page — your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and the address you requested — and retains it in server logs for delivery, security and abuse prevention. This is handled by Netlify under their own privacy policy; we do not read, analyse, or export those logs.
Once the game has loaded, it works offline. It makes no further requests while you play.
The Android app is a thin wrapper that displays this same site full screen. It requests exactly two permissions:
INTERNET — to download the game the first time.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — to tell you the connection is down instead of showing a
blank screen. It requests no storage, location, or device-identifier permissions, and it contains no advertising or analytics libraries.
The Windows desktop version contains the entire game locally and plays with no connection at all. Your settings and saves are written to your own user data folder, outside the installation directory, so that updating or reinstalling the game never destroys them.
The game collects no personal data from anyone, of any age, and so collects none from children.
If this policy ever changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. If a future version of the game ever collects anything, that will be described here before it does.
